| I have always appreciated the customer service at Marlboro Tire and Automotive. My last two encounters were not so much enjoyable. My Audi Q5 was serviced at your location for an oil change, wheel alignment and to check my brakes. I never received call from anyone throughout and eventually called at 230 pm to check on the status of my car. I was then told that my oil had been changed but they were not able to adjust the service notification, they didn't change the air filter and they would not be able to do the wheel alignment or fix my rear brakes. I was told at the time that I purchased my tires, that your facility could do oil changes and a wheel alignment on my vehicle. My car was there ALL day for an oil change without providing me any updates on my vehicles. |
